Email owner@dorayasweets.com with anything about the app: a bug, a question, a purchase that did not go through, or a suggestion. The app is made by one person, so a reply may take a few days.
It helps to include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. The app's version number is shown in Settings → About.
Common questions
How do I play?
Draw three kanji, then run for thirty seconds. Each kanji shapes ten seconds of the course. Tap the course to jump. Dodging rocks fills the Spirit Gauge; once it is full you can fire your runner's special move, once per run.
How do I find the second spirit?
Draw a hand containing both 月 (MOON) and 夜 (NIGHT), then finish the run. Tsukiyo appears at the goal.
What are Charms, and do I have to buy one?
No. The whole game is playable with the Charm set to NONE, and both spirits are free. A Charm is an optional item you can carry into a run: 守 GUARD ignores your first crash, and 疾 RUSH starts the Spirit Gauge half full. Each Charm is free for three runs. After that it locks, and you can unlock it permanently with a single one-time purchase if you want to. There are no subscriptions and nothing is consumed by playing.
I bought a Charm and it is gone
Open the Run tab, tap the locked Charm, and choose RESTORE PURCHASES. Purchases are recorded by Apple against your Apple Account, so they survive reinstalling the app and moving to a new device. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
Resetting the game does not remove my purchases
That is intentional. Settings → Reset all data clears your best score, the spirits you have met, and your choices. It does not remove a Charm you have bought, and it does not give back free trial runs.
I want a refund
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, so refunds go through Apple. Use Apple's Report a Problem page, or the Apple Support site, with the Apple Account you bought with.
Does the app collect my data?
No. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and your best score and spirits stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
Why is the app not in my country?
The app is distributed in 145 countries and regions. It is not available in the member states of the European Union, in Russia, in Belarus, or in mainland China.
Is the artwork AI-generated?
The spirit artwork and the app icon were created with an AI image tool (ChatGPT). Everything else you see in the app is drawn in code.
